When will I receive my first chapter?

Chapter one is delivered to your inbox within minutes of purchase. Subsequent chapters arrive each morning at 8:00 AM UTC.

What if a chapter doesn't arrive?

First, check your spam or promotions folder and mark us as a trusted sender. If it's still missing after a few hours, write to us and we'll resend it manually.

Can I read chapters I've already received?

Yes — every chapter is delivered directly to your inbox and stays there. You can re-read any chapter at any time from your email history.

I purchased a story but never received an email.

Check your spam folder first. If nothing is there, make sure the email address on your account is correct, then contact us and we'll resolve it promptly.

Can I get a refund?

If chapter one has not yet been delivered we can offer a full refund. Once delivery has begun, we are unable to refund purchases. If you're experiencing a technical issue, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.

How do I pause or cancel my delivery?

You can manage your active stories from your dashboard. Pause and cancellation options are available there. Your access to already-delivered chapters is never affected.
